After having contracted the scope of work with the companies, we make sure that the execution studies and the scope of work are in line with the requirements and comply with the standards and regulations in force and that the interfaces between the batches are under control:
- Approval of the calculations sheets
- Approval of the material/component/equipment choices
- Synthesis of the different batch drawings and validation of the drawings APPROVED FOR EXECUTION
- Work scheduling and organization
- Follow-up of the execution and management of the interface between the customer (his activity) and the building site
- Company coordination
- Financial management (progress tracking) and change management
- Preparation of the acceptance operations
- Checking for punch list items completed
- Assistance in commissioning and validation of the plant operation
- Plant qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ)
